
today's not that great.. i have been awake for 42 hrs.. i don't know why but i can't sleep.. sabi nga ni mama masyado daw akong nagiisip, nagagaya na daw ako sa kanya.. well it's not that i have been thinking too much. ayaw lang talaga ng katawan ko matulog. anyway back to the topic. there are many sleeping disorders na d masyadong napapansin. most common sleeping order that people know is insomia.
Insomnia is a chronic difficulty in falling asleep and/or maintaining sleep when no other cause is found for these symptoms sabi sa wiki. as for my experience insomnia is a pain in the ass before sleeping. yup i experienced it since highscool. medyo on and off nga lang xa. hehe. another one that I've experienced is Bruxism. Bruxism is the form of grinding or clenching of sleep while sleeping. marami ng nagsasabe sa akin na ang weird ko daw matulog. I've been grinding my teeth while sleeping. tas nakakairita daw. hahaha! kasalanan ko ba eh tinabihan nyu akong matulog. :) so far that's the sleeping order that i have. i don't know what sleeping disorder is snoring but yes i snore. i snore louder than you will expect. sabe nila you snore because you are stressed or what. but i'm not stressed. sadyang nagsnore lng ako tingin ko. :)
my mom's a nurse so alam ni mama kung ilang oras dapat matulog ang isang tao. wiki said-
Sleep needs vary widely from person to person, but general guidelines are:
16 hours for infants
9 hours for teenagers
7-8 hours for adults
Keep in mind that some adults do fine with 5 hours of sleep and others need as many as 10 hours per night.
wala nman akong pake kung hanggang ilang oras ako makatulog. i just need to sleep if i feel doing it. why do we need a guideline for sleeping anyway? if you want to sleep for 10 hours then go. it doesn't matter if you oversleep. just keep in mind of your duties and responsibilities as a person. kung may gagawin ka ng araw na un be a man and don't forget to do it. :) tulad ko.. la pa akong tulog.. hehe..
